This Privacy Policy is aimed to inform how SYNERGY MOMENTS SDN BHD  (“SM”, “us” or “we”) processes (which includes but is not limited to the collection, recording, holding, storing, handling and/or carrying on any operation or set(s) of operations) personal data of individuals. If you choose to register and/or transact with SM or in any manner have your or other individual(s)’ personal data provided to SM, such personal data may be shared where necessary and only on a need to know basis with companies within the SM of companies, so as to provide our products and/or services in an efficient and effective manner.
